By signing up for our site, you consent to the use of your personal information, such as your name, surname, address, phone number, mobile phone, and email address, by the company that owns SMS Option for marketing purposes, including promotion, advertisement, campaign, and announcement. This personal information may be used to determine customer profiles, offer promotions and campaigns tailored to the customer profile, and conduct statistical studies.
6. The information mentioned in the previous clause (5) may only be disclosed to official authorities if required by legal regulations or if there is a mandatory requirement to do so according to applicable laws.
7. Anyone who creates a membership or makes a payment on SMS Option must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Otherwise, the terms of use will be deemed violated, and the account may be closed without notifying the user.
8. The user is responsible for the security of their password and account on SMS Option and third-party sites. SMS Option cannot be held responsible for any data loss, security breaches, or damage to hardware and devices that may occur otherwise.
9. From the moment a user creates a membership on SMS Option, all responsibility belongs to the user.
10. SMS Option reserves the right to partially or completely change the services offered on the site and the terms of this agreement at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on the site. It is the user's responsibility to follow these changes. By continuing to use the services offered, the user is deemed to have accepted these changes.
### Payment and Order Conditions
11. Refunds are not available after payments are made through the web payment system. Since SMS Option operates on a balance system, no fee is charged for failed transactions, and your money is refunded to your SMS Option account as an SMS Option balance. You can use your balance for a different country or service. Refunds are only made as SMS Option balance.
12. The security of the web payment system and our payment page is ensured by "Weepay" with a 256-bit SSL certificate.
13. SMS Option never sends emails asking you to verify your credit card information or membership password.
14. The minimum payment amount is "5₺", and there is no upper limit; you can load as much balance as you like. SMS Option does not accept any responsibility for payments made through the bank. The member to whom the balance is added is responsible.
15. SMS Option will not be responsible if the payment transaction fails due to insufficient balance on your card, issues with your card or bank account, or any technical reasons during the transaction.
16. If you close the redirect page during the payment process, disconnect your device from the internet, or if the connection is unintentionally lost, the balance you loaded may not be added to your account. Please contact live support in such cases.
17. Balance loading must be done in a single transaction from one credit or debit card; split payments are not possible.
18. The amount you load will be automatically added to your account as balance 24/7.
19. If you have sufficient SMS Option balance, you can purchase one-time SMS/mobile verification services from any service in any country you choose.
20. It is your responsibility to ensure that the service and country you selected match the service and country you want before placing an order. After placing an order, enter the number provided to you on the selected platform's number section and verify that the order is correct before directing the SMS code to the number. If you made an incorrect order, you can cancel it using the "Cancel" button on the rightmost side of the relevant number row on the "Orders" page. If you cancel the order by clicking the cancel button, your balance will be automatically refunded to your SMS Option account without any deductions.
21. After placing an order, if you enter the number provided to you on the selected platform's number section and the number receives the code as a result of the SMS direction, this transaction will be considered "successful," and no refunds will be made for successful transactions.
22. The "code" column in the Orders section is updated every 60 seconds. Therefore, in the case of canceled transactions, keep the window where you need to enter the received code open and wait a while for the possibility that the code might arrive before the column on the Orders page is updated again.
23. After placing an order, it is the member's responsibility to enter the code on the relevant platform before the code's validity expires. Refunds are not available for failed transactions due to the failure to enter the code on time.
24. Do not leave the SMS Option panel until the code arrives or your transaction is canceled after placing an order. If you exit the panel before the transaction is fully canceled and the code arrives, no refund will be made for this transaction.
25. SMS Option works with different suppliers to offer you more countries and services at more affordable prices. You can place any order from any service you like. If SMS or numbers do not arrive, the service fee will be refunded to your SMS Option account as SMS Option balance.
26. Our numbers are virtual or non-virtual numbers created for the first and only time use on the selected platform. Once an order is placed, the number is activated only for one-time SMS reception, and after the process is completed, it is canceled and deleted. You cannot receive a second SMS with the same number. Therefore, it is not recommended to create zero accounts with the numbers; you may fall into SMS verification again when you re-login with accounts created with these numbers. In this case, since you cannot receive a second SMS with the same number, the account may be locked. Therefore, it is advised not to design your entire access to an account based solely on the number you will receive. SMS Option accepts no responsibility for this; you are responsible for every step and transaction you make, knowing that the numbers are one-time use. SMS Option provides one-time SMS services.
27. SMS Option only ensures that the SMS is delivered to you. Once the SMS is delivered, a fee is charged for this transaction. Any negative situations (such as the relevant platform rejecting the code due to spam, entering the code incorrectly and losing the retry rights, or exceeding the time limit to enter the code) are entirely your responsibility. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and you cannot receive a second SMS with the same number. In this case, you need to place a new order to receive a new SMS verification. Problems with the relevant platform should be submitted to the support teams with a SCREENSHOT.
28. SMS Option only receives the first SMS sent to the number. If the code does not arrive while the number is active, please order a new number instead of requesting a second code on the same number and receive a new SMS on your new number.
### Cancellation and Refund Conditions
29. The cancellation process can be done manually from the orders page within the first 10 minutes if the SMS does not arrive. You cannot cancel for 5 minutes after the first 10 minutes. If the SMS still has not arrived at the end of the 10 minutes, the system will cancel the transaction and refund your balance.
30. Once the SMS is sent by entering the number on the platform you will use, the transaction cannot be canceled, and the balance cannot be refunded from the moment the status column on the orders page indicates "successful," meaning the verification code has arrived.
31. The only guarantee we provide for "unsuccessful" transactions is the refund of the service fee deducted from your SMS Option account as SMS Option balance if the SMS code does not arrive for the relevant order.

### Miscellaneous
35. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or its services shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SMS Option is based. By using this website, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
36. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
37. These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and SMS Option regarding the use of the website and its services, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
