In this context, the Company processes your personal data in accordance with the KVKK and other applicable data protection legislation, ensures the secure storage of your data, and takes all necessary security measures against possible unlawful access.
This Privacy Policy text includes information on which categories of personal data are collected through the channels mentioned below, for which processes and purposes these data are processed, to which recipient groups they are transferred, your rights regarding the protection of your personal data, and other explanations that the Company must provide to you as a data controller.
**Scope of the Privacy Policy and Collected Data**
The information that will be used and processed relating to a specific person is only possible if the person voluntarily enters the data or expressly consents to it. According to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), the personal data shared with SMS Option can be obtained entirely or partially, automatically, or non-automatically, provided that it is part of a data recording system, and can be processed by our company by recording, storing, changing, or rearranging it, in other words, subjecting it to any processing on the data. Any action taken on the data under the KVKK is considered "processing of personal data."
**Information on Third Persons or Institutions to Whom Personal Data Can Be Transferred**
For the purposes mentioned above, the personal data shared with SMS Option may be transferred to main shareholders, shareholders, advertisers, direct or indirect domestic/foreign affiliates, especially member companies using the SMS Option infrastructure, and not limited to the persons and institutions with whom we cooperate, program partner organizations, domestic/foreign institutions, and other third persons and institutions providing services related to the offered service. Your data may exceptionally be shared with official institutions within the scope of our legal obligations concerning binding requests from courts.
**Personal Data Obtained Before the KVKK Came into Force**
The data collected before the effective date of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (07.04.2016) is deemed to comply with this Law if no contrary declaration of will is made within one year, provided that the consents lawfully obtained before the Law's effective date comply with general legal rules and that no contrary declaration of will is made within one year.
**Rights of the Data Subject**
The data subject always has the right to access their data. Additionally, if the relevant conditions are met, the rights regulated in Article 11 of the KVKK and the rights mentioned below can be exercised.
